Upstairs leak wreaks havoc to kitchen floor in New Paltz home

A leaking toilet in an upstairs bathroom wasn't discovered until this homeowner noticed their flooring in their kitchen was starting to come up and buckle. Unfortunately, the leak had gone unnoticed too long and the floor couldn't be repaired but had to be completely replaced. 

Once the plumber had remedied the leak, SERPVRO of Kingston/New Paltz quickly got to work on drying everything out and removing the damaged areas while our reconstruction services took care of installing a fresh, new kitchen floor. In the end, the insured loved the new one better than the old and was pleased with how quickly everything was taken care of.
